My work style is equal parts scrappy and strategic — I’m a builder by nature, so I thrive when I can take a big idea, break it into tangible steps, and rally the right people to bring it to life. I’m collaborative but decisive, drawn to working in rooms where creativity, culture, and logistics overlap. 

A newbie to the salsa dancing scene, I’m learning that every great flow needs both rhythm and structure — just like my work. Whether I’m concepting a campaign or hosting a 100-person activation, I’m always thinking about the vibe and the outcome.
